| Booking and Paying
Our booking process is an easy 4-step process and payment is by direct transfer or by credit card.

|
| Choose your tour, click on 'book' at the top of the tour page, or just below the prices and complete the easy-to-follow, 4-step online booking form. |
|
Acknowledgement
When you complete the online booking form, two things will happen: |

| you will receive an automated reply and this simply indicates that your booking form was sent and received successfully |
| |
| as soon as we can, after that, we will acknowledge receipt of your booking, confirm the prices and ask you for a 20% deposit and tell you how and where to pay it |
| |
Confirmation of Booking
On receipt of your deposit we will book flights, confirm the booking and confirm the amount of the outstanding balance and the date by which the balance is due. |
|
Final Confirmation
On receipt of the balance we will confirm everything again, send you a final receipt and discuss any last-minute arrangements. |

Alternate Flight Dates
Please read the Travel Information page, if we are booking your flights, but you intend to fly on alternate dates that is, dates other than the tour start and end dates . |

Alternative Airlines and Airports
If you have a favourite airline or airport, which we have not listed in the drop down boxes on the booking form, please let us know, and we will check its suitability. |

Deposit
When we acknowledge your booking, we ask for a 20% deposit and only on receipt of your deposit are places on the tour confirmed. |
|
Balance
When we receive your deposit and confirm the booking to you, we will also confirm the outstanding balance and tell you the date, by which by which the balance is due and this is 42 days before the tour starts. |
|
Full Payment
Should you book within 42 days of the start of the tour, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the tour price, within 5 working days of receiving our acknowledgement. |

| We accept payments in four currencies, namely: Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), Swedish Kronor (SEK) and Pounds Sterling (GBP). |

|
Credit Card or Debit Card (Bank Card)
We accept payment by credit or debit card, via PayPal. |
|
Bank Transfer
We accept payment directly from your bank into any of our four different currency accounts in Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Swedish Kronor and you will be sent details of which account to use. |
|
Cheques
We accept cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank and Euro cheques drawn on a Eurozone bank. |
