Adderley Travel Limited welcomes enquiries from groups, societies, schools, clubs and organisations - all you need is 7 or more people qualify for group-rate discounts.
Tours for a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 12 people
- Option 1 - book a minimum of 7 places on any of the scheduled tours and enjoy a discount of 10% - but note that the tour would only be exclusive to you, if you filled 10, or more, places (otherwise, we reserve the right to sell any remaining places on the tour).
- Option 2 - block book an existing tour. This option guarantees that the tour is exclusive to you and your group and we will allow reasonable modifications to the tour.
Tours for any number of people, greater than 7
- Option 3 - an exclusive, tailor-made tour for you and your group, anywhere and at anytime in Britain.
Tours for Student Groups of any number, greater than 7
- Option 4 - we currently operate a number of highly successful student group tours, based in Youth Hostels to minimise costs.
Preparation and Planning
The more time we have to plan and prepare your tour, the better. Certainly, if you are thinking of organising an exclusive, or tailor-made, tour during our busiest period - during May and June - then we really need to start planning during the autumn, beforehand.
If you are thinking of booking places on a scheduled tour - options 1 and 2 - then, the sooner you book, the better. We plan to publicise the following season's tour programme during November/December and the most popular tours can be fully booked by the end of January.
